Mother's Day 2009
Well Lindsay got her first Mother’s Day under her belt now. It was just about a perfect day… (we could have used some sunshine – but otherwise awesomeness all around) I got up at the crack of stupid and went to get Ayden so that mom could sleep in.. me and him hung out, I fed him and then he kinda started to fall asleep in his bouncy chair while “Don’t Mess With The Zohan” played on the T.V. Mom woke up to home made waffles and a card that Ayden got for mom which had two bee’s on the front and just about says it all. “Your hugs are sweet as Honey.. There’s love packed in each one and Mommy, hope you always know, I love you back a ton! Happy Mother’s Day! ” Ayden also got mom a triptich picture...

Tears of Joy due to the sweetest sound
Well today has been a fun kinda day. Ayden was in a pretty good mood today. He got up with me at 8 and has been up almost all day long. After his lunch feeding he was cradled in my arms. I normally hold him for a bit after his food for a few reasons…if you lie him down the milk will pour back out of his mouth, and also I like to snuggle with him when he is all relaxed cause he’s got a nice full tummy. Well today when he was in my arms, he started really softly cooing…so I followed suit…then I started to quietly sing to him…I sang the alphabet song, mary had a little lamb and also the song Human by the killers…well, when I was singing to him, he was cooing back to me…and then…HE GIGGLED!!!! I couldn’t believe...
growing boy
Well you certainly are a growing boy. as of yesterday you are 10 pounds 14 ounces!!! You are eating more and more and getting longer (22 inches from head to toe). Right now you are sleeping in your bouncy chair, and you are making tiny soft cooing noises…so cute. You are a perfect little boy and I love you so much.

Hi there Ayden…this is mom here…. I had to write a post on your web site so that you know how awesome it is to see you smile! over the last few weeks you have begun to do a whole bunch of new things. You are “talking” up a storm, you have not quite laughed yet…when you are awake…LOL, you like to be put on your back on the floor with a mirror in front of you, you are reaching for toys now too…you don’t know what to do when you get them, but you know that you want them!
