Ayden’s first Halloween!
Well today is Ayden’s first Halloween. It’s been a rather hard day as days go. We have figured out that Ayden does not like taking any fluids whatsoever from the bottle…So off we went to Babies r us and we bought about 4 or 5 different kinds of sippy/feeding cups…we will have to try them to see what works. Ayden loves his solid food, but not so much with the liquids….very strange as he used to LOVE his bottle until a few weeks ago…now as soon as you show it to him, he cries and turns his head away… In any event, since the weather here is cold and windy we will not be going out for Halloween with the little guy, but we did dress him up and took some pictures! enjoy!
Stressed with weight…
Well little one. YOu have mommy really stressed right now. You will not take your bottle anymore with the formula in it. every feed is a fight for mommy to get some food into you. Normally you take about 120 mils or just over 4 ounces, but lately you have dropped your intake to about 2.5 ounces. I took you to to the doctor today and you have lost a little weight too. I am so worried about you and very stressed. I try my best to remain calm at feeding times so you don’t associate that with stress, but you make it very hard for mommy. You fight me every bottle. Saturday Oct 17th
Well Ayden a lot happened on this day. First off you went to the St. Jacobs Farmers market with Aunt Tory, Iris, David and your dad and I. We had a lot of fun! You were really well behaved. 🙂 Then you attended your first birthday party. Maximus Ambrose turned 1 and there was a fun fun party at the Ambroses house. At this party you and I went upstairs where all of the kids were playing. Your God mother Maria put some toys on the floor for you to play with. I sat you down between my legs and you actually sat unassisted for about 5 minutes!!!! I was so so excited!!! This opens up a whole new world for you!!!
