Teeth!!!

wow, no one ever told me as a mom how hard it would be to deal with a little baby who is teething. Ayden you now have one tooth. It popped through your gums yesterday although its been working its way up for a few days. It’s your front bottom left tooth…mommy and daddy did a happy dance when your tooth came through. You now are working on 2 other teeth, the other middle bottom one and one of the top middle teeth.

There is a problem however….a big problem and mommy does not know who to handle this. today you had projectile vomiting. you are refusing your bottle and any liquid that I am giving you. you are gagging on the bottle as it’s too sore for you to suck on it so you are trying to use your tongue which is not working so well.  You threw up all your food…twice on mommy. I need to get liquids into you so you don’t become dehydrated. Daddy came up with a way to get some fludis into you by filling an oral syringe with formula and squirting it into your mouth. This works but only for a small amount of food. I just don’t know what to do. I am so distraught…

I just hope that tomorrow is a better day.
