EnKlar!!!

So – it’s been a pretty long time since the last time the little guy let me have two seconds to write here… Ayden you’ve certainly been a handful. Time to recap what’s been going on in your life little guy. Mom is falling asleep faster than you are right now. At any rate I digress…

Today the physiotherapy lady Melanie something or other came and looked at Ayden – she said to Lindsay “Why am I here again” more or less.  And Lindsay told her Ayden’s tale. Then she understood. But it was her initial look at him that confused her as she said he’s completely normal and everything is fine… save for his neck but that’s just because he favors one side when he sleeps so we have to put him down on the other side of his head when he sleeps for a little while. No biggie and hey – he’s normal otherwise!!! great news. But I mean we suspected as much.

So we’re with this lady until the year wait to get in with the kidsability physiotherapist comes through. Hmm Lindsay whilst talking with my sister aka Aunt Tory, have managed to get Ayden into a private daycare and at a very reasonable price. So now the pressure of looking is off a bit. Thanks MOM!.

Tomorrow Lindsay has to go to Hamilton for yet another in a long line of eye exams… really I think he’s fine doc.  He he he I just looked up and Mommy’s eyes are shut.

Tonight we took Ayden to visit Oma and Opa, and that was fun… but the little fella started to get fussy. Man my eyes are getting heavy now… uugh…

Generally everything is normal – Ayden gets  up once a night thus far – between oooh 12:30 and 3am and then he’s up in the early morning 6:30 or 7.

in the past while he’s learned to scream when he wants food – on one side I’m thinking – way to go son.. and on the other “oh crap, not again” I mean you really go little guy. Enklar is this word you blurted out the one day and whenever I say it Mom laughs really hard.

We think he’s getting close to a genuine smile soon. And I spent an hour one day going “mom, mom, mom” over and over trying to get the little guy to learn mom. I mean if I said that over and over and he said cadillac I’d be surprised.  lol

oh lordy it’s late –

I’m not sure if I’ve ever mentioned his travelling turtle. But he’s got this stufted animal turtle we picked up at Toys R Us, and it’s always in his car seat with him. Just one of those facts you might forget down the road. He’s also got his travelling soother, and then there’s the change table soother the bathtime soother – we keep one pretty much in each spot around the house. You never know when he’s gonna need one.

Well we finally got Ayden to sleep – so I should wrap this up and sleep myself – we don’t know how long we get. One last thing that I like is that when Ayden gets to sleep – well – we kinda treat him like a bomb.. you never know if you might set him off.. really it’s fairly tense.. so I like to say or do things that’ll get mom to laugh.. and it’s awesome some nights.. it takes all her strength to not howl, you can see the tears in her eyes she’s laughing inside so hard…  ya those are some good times…
