Well good evening little fella,
You can’t understand me right this moment as your currently only 19inches long and sitting in front of me in your mothers arms as she finishes feeding you at ooh it’s about 3am, but you started feeding about 20mins ago.
Lots of things have been going on in your life. I’ll try and point form it for ease of reading. You got your first real major rash thing. The creases in the skin where your legs meet your torso got really red and started to split. Same with under yer yoohoo 😉 but we noticed it right away and now a few days later it’s all cleared up and your all happy.
You’ve been very very fussy… and by that I mean.. you’ll sit quietly with mom or I and then suddenly boom crying screaming… then you calm down again. The Doctors inform us that this is your premee nervous system catching up to things.
Mom has been going to all sorts of appointments with you. She met with your specialist Dr Digravio, and the she drives to Hamilton to see the brain doc (Neurologist) Then, to the physiotherapist here. We visited the growth and development clinic in Hamiliton as well another growth and development team from Waterloo visited here. Lots of people are working hard to make sure you have all you need as you start out in life.
There have been a few sketchy evenings where you haven’t let us sleep much – and today you didn’t hardly nap at all – so Mommy is very tired, but we’re proud that you reached 8lbs 6 ounces!!! whoo hoo!
In the world news – April fools past recently and there was a scare about some computer virus that might be lying dormant in peoples machines until that day. The worlds economic situation is rather hurting – lots of people are losing jobs and many companies are closing. The upside to that is buying a car is really cheap now. Homes in the US are super low too.
The first black or African American as they like to say, president was elected this year – a very historical event indeed. I only wish we could get behind a Canadian leader – with such charisma as Obama has. Our leaders right now remind me of some arguing kids. It’s rather embarrassing as a citizen. But I’m sure that’ll sort it self out.
took a little pause there – mom needed her arm blanket – a rolled up comforter that we push under her arm so she doesn’t get to tired holding you for long periods.
well I should wrap this up as I can’t seem to stop yawning.
love you lots little guy.
