32 Weeks – Happy New Year

Howdy folks!

Dad here again… just got back in from a busy day of errands… in all the hustle and bustle of the move and Ayden visits plus Christmas we totally forgot to go change the address on our healthcards. So we popped in there today and got new cards. After that we decided to head up and visit the little guy. I mean common who could stay away.. 😀

So 60mins later we arrive at the hospital and as a Happy New years to us.. and all other visitors.. it’s free parking.. 😀 We got up to see the little fella and he was all tucked in and asleep. But mom managed to coax him out for a little kangaroo time.. and it was awesome.. here are some pictures that I snagged.

So in the NICU before we touch Ayden you have to sanitize your hands.. but the stuff that we use kinda looks like spit. So I always say I gotta spit on my hand before I touch him.. here’s a pic to explain…

In other news.. Lindsay had to empty the freezer today in the house.. See we have a freezer drawer that we keep the milk she pumps in. Then when it’s full we move it to the freezer outside. So this represents like a week typically. So (laughs to self) she emptied the drawer tonight and counted the number of bottles. 102 bottles.. now each bottle carries 50ml. So that works out to 21 Cups of milk! and that’s just that batch… the freezer is full of these bags… just an interesting fact for ya..

Ayden has also gained a bit of weight as well. he is up to 1565 grams (3.45 pounds)!!! Grow little A-Train grow!!!
