Made it to Monday Morning…
Well folks,
We made it to Monday morning… thank goodness… Momma managed to avoid any major upsets during the night and she’s such a trooper she didn’t even miss any pumping, not that she can keep the milk while she’s on the percocet.
I made my morning phone call to the hospital this morning, as I like to filter the bad news through me to Lindsay. I’ve had a few phone calls to work with her in tears that I’ve had to defuse… she’s so cute…. but I digress the real news here is that Fiona our nurse for the night reports that Ayden not only has reached a weight of 1130!!!! grams! but he didn’t have one single little hiccup bratty – apnea or anything!!! he was perfect all night. Little guy you make mom and dad sooooo proud of you!!! way to go! – thanks to Fiona for the great news… but I’m sure it was also the great care you took with our little guy.. so thank-you for that too.
Well I need to unfortunately wake up mom and see if she’ll be fine on her own today… or if I need to work from home… if the attack hits and it’s really really bad, it could mean heading to the hospital for more drugs.. we’ll pray it doesn’t come to that…
So keep fighting little fella Mom and Dad miss you and as soon as we sort out Momma’s pain – we’ll get up to see ya. Mom if your reading this… don’t you dare even consider going with out someone in the car… you can’t operate a vehicle – especially if one of these episodes hits and not if your on percocet!!! (shakes finger in the air)…
