End of the day good news

First off I would like to wish Ayden a happy 30 day birthday. We have had our precious son for 30 days now, each day is still and will always be a blessing!

So as we do every night, we called in for an update on our little guy.

he is having a good day all around today.
Right now he is in 29% oxygen, his food has been up’d to 12 mils every hour and a half and he is still on the antibiotics. (apparently they will run for 10 days as per the doctors orders right now). He has only had 3 spells today and they were not the bad one that he had the other night.

the nurse did say that Ayden’s tummy looked a bit big..he only had a few small poops today so she is giving him what’s called a Glycerin tip (kinda like a suppository) to get him to release a bit more.

His weight is up from 1040 grams to 1070 (2 pounds and 6 ounces)…Grow little guy grow!!!

So as we go to bed for the night, we know that he is doing well and is sleeping comfortably in his bed. Good night Ayden, we wish you a restful night with no issues.
