Nov 29th… ahhhh I can finally rest…

Hi gang…

well the move is over! wow – what an undertaking. It has been so busy the last 2 days, I can hardly move. My whole body aches. Yes folks – I am an artist and don’t have the physique of an athelete. Nope my idea of being active is when I have to go re connect the wireless when the internet goes down. So to be as active as we were the past two days… my body is wondering what the heck is up.

We couldn’t have done it without our helpers. To all of you, who know who they are. From the bottom of our hearts thank you. sooo sleepy… man oh man – my brother was going like a packing tornado… I wonder how he’d faring.

So that’s us… living in Box town… ’cause we’re surrounded by boxes. Because of the increased milk production we bit the bullet and bought a 5 cubic foot freezer for the garage. It wasn’t that expensive – surpirsingly enough – it was only 230 bucks. We looked at other freezers at other places and they wanted 4 or 500 for ’em.

So now we’ll have tons of room for little Ayden’s Milk.

Now – speaking of the little guy – how about an update!

Lindsay and I call every day – usually once in the morning and once in the evening. This morning we called and the nurse informed us that In her time with him he was doing great. He had – not had any spells or lapses with his breathing. He was eating a lot more – and his oxygen requirements were down to 21% for a while.

Then we called this evening around 9pm… and we found out that during the day he had a few episodes of apnea. But no where near as many as he’s been having. They have also noted that apnea can be ’caused by similar effects to that of the increased feeding. I guess when his belly is really full it can be hard to breath. But they bathed him today and they said he’s generally been doing a lot better.

We were hoping that no more episodes of apnea would occure as after the spinal tap – but it’s a long road to recovery – makes sense to me that it wouldn’t work right off the bat. In any event we’re gonna head down tomorrow and see how he’s doing.

On that note – mom is gonna go and pump more milk – and I’m gonna get into bed and drift off into dream land.

Good nite my little fire… sleep well tonight, mom and dad are gonna see you tomorrow.

*thank you Michelle for leaving that very special gift at our front door the other morning.. the kind words in your card were more than enough… but that was very special and we were very happy to recieve such acts of kindness from friends. Thank you.

    Hi Mark and Lindsay,

You had a great team helping with the move – it was a great workout! We did the same the next day, helping move Cindy’s mom’s stuff to Aunt Ilene’s house. I slept really good last night and then it was up for my hockey game at 10 am this morning… Now off to Delhi for Boomer’s hockey game and Cindy will visit her mom and take Kyle to hockey practice tonight. Keith already had a hockey practice too… So glad to hear everything went well and have fun with the unpacking!!

If you need any help with anything, call us and we can be there in 5 minutes!

    See you soon,
    Matt…
